Dr. Charlie C. Chen is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at Appalachian State University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University in 2003. He has authored more than 30 referred articles and proceedings, presented at many professional conferences and venues. Dr. Chen has published in journals such as Communications of Association for Information Systems, Behaviour and Information Technology, Journal of Knowledge Management Research Practice, and Journal of Information Systems Education. Dr. Chen is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. Dr. Chen dedicates himself to be a transnational scholar and is a trip leader for a study abroad program in Asia (Japan and Taiwan).

Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor in the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with Ph.D. degree in CIS in 2002. He got master¡¦s degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute, New York University and master¡¦s degree in Management and Policy from Harriman School, State University of New York ¡V Stony Brook. Dr. Chen has published more than 30 articles in refereed journals such as Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, CyberPsychology & Behavior, and Journal of Database Management . He serves as VP-Publication for the 20th International Conference for the Pacific Rim Management (i.e. Association of Chinese Management Educators) in 2010. Before joining NCKU, he was an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin ¡V La Crosse. At NCKU, he serves as the Director of International Student Affairs, Office of International Affairs.

As the CEO of Study of Global Languages (SOGL), Ivy (Fang-Ching) Yeh is responsible for running all facets of the language business. Ivy has a proven executive management track record and over 10 years of experience in the higher education field. She created SOGL to serve as a means of aiding those interested in learning a foreign language by allowing customers to practice conversing over the internet via video chat. SOGL has enabled innumerous Chinese to obtain first hand interaction with someone that is not only fluent with the language, but speaks it as a first language and is accustomed with modern terms and slang. She earned a BS degree in the Business Administration at the Metropolitan State University in Minnesota, USA.

She-I Chang

She-I Chang received his M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems Management from Bond University and Queensland University of Technology (Australia) respectively. He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Accounting and Information Technology, National Chung Cheng University (Taiwan). Focusing on ERP systems, with a particular emphasis on the issues, challenges and benefits realization associated with ERP life cycle-wide implementation, management and support are his research interests. He also has interest in the application of qualitative research methodology. Currently at CCU, Taiwan, his extended research interest around the arena of information technology governance, information security management and computer auditing. He has presented and published his researches papers and articles at several IS conferences and journals. His has involved more than ten government funded research projects totally over one million US dollars in the last four years. There are two ERP related textbooks edited by him.

Dr. Stephen C. Shih is an Associate Professor and Associate Director of School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, USA. He holds a Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania. His academic career includes faculty positions in information systems and applied technologies, information systems and decision sciences, and manufacturing engineering. Besides his academic record, he has six years of industrial experience with United Technologies Research Center, Lucent Technologies, and SAMPO Electronics. His research areas of proficiency include supply chain management, intelligent systems design, and e-enterprise security management. He has published articles in many refereed journals, such as Journal of Computer Information Systems, International Journal of Electronic Business, and IEEE Transactions. Dr. Shih is currently serving as an editorial board member for five international journals.

Yue "Jeff" Zhang is Associate Professor of Information Systems in the College of Business and Economics, California State University, Northridge. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration (MIS) from Oklahoma State University, M.S in Industrial Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China . His current research interests include electronic commerce, electronic government, information privacy, and virtual collaborations. He has published articles in refereed journals such as Communications of the ACM, Journal of E-Commerce Research, Journal of Internet Commerce, MIS Review, Journal of International Technology and Information Management, Journal of Database Marketing, and International Journal of Services and Standards. Xiaobo Wu received his M.Phil. and PhD degrees in Techno-Economics and Energy-Economic System Modeling and Policy Analysis and Management of Technological Innovation both from Zhejiang University respectively. He is currently a professor and vice Dean at the School of Management, Zhejiang University, (China). He is also act as a director for the National Innovative Research Base for Innovation Management & Sustainable Competitiveness. He has published over 100 articles, mainly on management of technology and strategic management, and authored, edited, co-authored and co-edited nine books. As a main member, he has participated over twenty research projects granted by NSF China and State Education Commission and four international cooperative research projects granted by IDRC (International Development Research Center) and CIDA of Canada mainly concerning the management of technology. As Principle Investigator, he has undertaken more than twenty grant researches, including those granted by the Royal Society (UK), IDRC (Canada), NSF China (8), State Education Ministry (4), NSF Zhejiang (1), Local Administrative Bureaus (8). And he also did some consulting projects to companies.
