The International Conference on Information Management (ICIM) is the largest and the important academic conference of information management field held in Taiwan. The 20th ICIM (ICIM 2009) is sponsored by Chinese Society of Information Management and undertaken by Department of Information Management, Shih Hsin University. ICIM 2009 will be held on May 23, 2009 at Shih Hsin University, Taipei, Taiwan. Recently, a lot of challenge and opportunities to management related fields are raised from rapid development of networking and information technologies. With such a significant trend, the major topic of ICIM 2009 will be “Information Technology and Innovative Management”. Papers dealing with academic and practical research issues to all fields of major topic as well information management are welcome. We highly welcome the participations from experts and researchers around the world.

Submission of papers:
1. All papers must be submitted via the on-line submission system by the deadline of submission. Please visit the website of ICIM 2009 (http://icim2009.im.shu.edu.tw/) to refer the paper format and submission detail.
2. Authors of accepted papers must sign the Copyright Transfer Form to the sponsor for including their papers into the proceedings of ICIM 2009. All accepted papers must be registered via the on-line registration system and at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the paper.
3. Elegant papers will be selected and suggested for further review to publish in some well-known journals, including Journal of Information Management, Journal of e-Business, and so on.
